“Who are you, clown?”: a stand-up about ourselves

Almost everyone has heard the phrase “Who are you, clown?” at least once in their life. It is usually said with surprise, reproach, or a smile, but what if there is something more behind it? In Vladimir Shumko's new stand-up-concert, this familiar phrase becomes a reason to look at yourself, your relationships, and daily situations from a different perspective.

There will be no pretentiousness, but there will be enough theatrical play, improvisation, and excellent humor. Relationships, fears, awkward moments, strange decisions, and our ability to sometimes turn everyday life into true absurdity – — all this will become material for jokes in which it is easy to recognize yourself or your acquaintances. Don't miss Vladimir Shumko's stand-up-concert “Who are you, clown?”.

Improvisation and a show without distance

The feature of the concert – is its unpredictability. Each performance is born here and now thanks to live improvisation and interaction with the audience. There is no figurative wall between the stage and the spectators: audience reactions, unexpected replies, and direct communication can change the evening's course, making each performance unique.

At the stand-up-concert “Who are you, clown?” you don’t have to be afraid to recognize yourself in the joke – because that is the special pleasure. It is a chance to take a break from everyday troubles, spend the evening in a good mood, and allow yourself a bit more lightness. Come to Vladimir Shumko’s stand-up to laugh at life’s curiosities, human weaknesses, and, of course, at yourself. Because sometimes the best way to understand life – is simply not to be afraid to laugh at it.
